What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry, EPAI Auto Studio saves your name, email, product interest, message and any business, vehicle, location and quantity details you choose to provide. We also record the submission time, consent version and follow-up status. We use this information to respond, discuss fitment and quotations, and manage your enquiry—not to sign you up for marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a database managed by our website hosting platform, Cloudflare. Processing may take place outside New Zealand. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the authorised administrator; it is not a public customer directory. Submitting an enquiry does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Protection and retention

We use access controls and submission checks. A short-lived hashed identifier is used to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain enquiry information while responding and following up, and review it when it is no longer needed. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Do not submit card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
